The Sayama soba（狭山そば） is traditional soba served at a street stall in the Seibu Shinjuku Line Tokorozawa Station（所沢駅） in Saitama Prefecture. It was one of the shops which I liked, and Tokorozawa was not a way, but went to sometimes eat.
